Three ways into the range
Shellfish and prawns, the crab and clam shelf, or squid and sea cucumber. Pick a direction and start there.
Lobster, langoustine and black tiger prawns
How an order is packed in Casey
Every box is assembled on Hunt Club Road with a foil bubble liner and dry gel ice measured against the weight of the order. Heavier shellfish sit at the bottom of the carton, lighter products on top, and the label carries the species, the net weight and the packing date.
If you are feeding four or more, order the shellfish packs; if you are cooking one dinner, start with the clams or the squid. We would rather you buy twice than throw half away.
Weighed, labelled, tracked
Every box carries the species, the net weight and the packing date. Gel ice is measured against the weight of the order rather than a fixed number of packs, and the tracking link is emailed the moment the parcel leaves Hunt Club Road.
Why frozen beats the supermarket tray
The nearest fishmonger to this part of Casey is a twenty-minute drive, and supermarket trays have usually been out of the freezer for a day. Our product is frozen down at source, held at -18C and packed to order, so the texture of a prawn or a lobster tail survives the trip.
Net weights are printed on every pack, nothing is glazed to look heavier, and the price on the page is the price at checkout.
